Day Training

Busy and find it hard to schedule training time with your dog? Want your dog’s behaviour to improve quickly? Day Training is for you!
I come to your home, and train your dog 3* times per week. At the end of the week, you and I have a one-to-one session in your home for your convenience or at a local park or neighbourhood to show you how to use the commands and skills your dog has learned, to achieve the training goals you set at our initial consult. Email, phone, and Skype support available for all packages to ensure your success!

* – Some behaviour issues, such as lunging and barking at dogs/people may benefit from more frequent sessions per week initially.

Day Training is a premium service we are proud to offer.

Do you have a friend, neighbour, or family member who has a dog that struggles with similar issues to yours? Are you looking to learn basic obedience skills? Want to practice known cues around other dogs? Semi private coaching might be right for you! Email support is available for all packages to ensure your continued success.

 Family Paws Parent Education® Presentations

I am proud to be Vancouver Island's first Family Paws Parent Educator! I offer Family Paws Parent Education® presentations in a variety of locations across Vancouver Island. Presentations are done with small groups to allow time for questions.

Dogs and Storks® is geared towards families who are planning for a baby, expecting a baby, or who have a baby who is not yet walking. Adding a baby to the family is an exciting time, and we want to set all members of the family, whether they are two or four legged, up for success. We cover myths surrounding dogs and babies, training ideas for you and your dogs,  and planning for dog-baby safety. Handouts are available to all attendees. Contact me to find out when my next public session is.

Dogs and Toddlers® helps families with babies plan for the near future when their little one will be more mobile, and helps families with toddlers understand the unique challenges this presents for dog parents. We cover myths surrounding dogs and toddlers, training ideas for you and your dogs, and toddler-dog safety. Handouts to take home are available to all attendees. Contact me to do a presentation for your group, or to find out when my next public session is.
